We have to start from the idea that there is not an official size conversion chart. http://www.italianheels.com/english/html/fittings_en.shtml http://www.payless.com/Images/PSSSizingChart_WOMENS.pdf Print at 100% (that' very important) and measure both your feet (be sure to take the biggest lenght of 2). For boots we suggest to add at least half EU size for best fitting. For very hight heels (140-150 mm without platform) we suggest to take half EU size less for normal/thin feet.
